Returns or Exchanges

The following conditions are eligible for Returns:

1. The item received has manufacturing defects.

2. Item received has missing parts.

3. The item received is not as per your liking.

Rules of exchange or returns:

1. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product for returns or exchanges

2. Return shipping is to be borne by the customer in case the customer doesn't like the product.

3. Return shipping will be paid by us in case of item received has manufacturing defects or has missing parts.

4. Customers must make sure the item returned has no loss of value i.e. they are not damaged and are returned in the same condition as they were delivered.

5. All the accessories and packaging material have to be returned back too.

6. Items in sale are only eligible for return or exchange if there is a manufacturing defect.

7. An unboxing video is necessary to claim defects in jewelry.

 

Refund policies?

All the refunds are processed within 2 days of receiving the item back to us. A refund is initiated after deducting the payment gateway fee.
